Paypal Limited - Requesting Business License on Ind Account

I have an individual account with paypal not a business account. My sister sent me 2 payments both for $1800. Paypal Limited account = provided all info asked for - now asking for business license on private account - what to do?

contact paypal and explain your circumstances, automated request emails are not always accurately targeted.

Yes might just be a mistake, just give them a call. They also might want to ask for other information though while there at it

Did you get limited when trying to withdraw ALL that amount in one shot? That's quite a large amount and would cause flags to be raised
