Paypal will linked by SSN?
 

Hi Everyone, I have a question for Paypal. Dose Paypal will linked accounts by SSN?With different name. I have change my real name legally. But the SSN not change. I have attached on my old Paypal under my old name. So if I want to create a new Paypal with a merchant account. And attached the SSN later. Will I get link to the old Paypal? I have few stealth account but I want to build up a real account under my real info.

Again, My question is : Dose Paypal will link the same SSN on each account? If they only confirm the information on the SSN it will be great. I can provide any information to them.

If an SSN is used on paypal before, it can not be used again.

You cannot use it ever again. It will link them right away.
