Account limited with no option of appeal
 

3/4 month old paypal.

Last month £1200 of sales and I left money in PayPal.

I tried o withdraw £200 yesterday and I woke up today and my account is limited

all its says is

Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

3 Jan 2014 : For reasons relating to the safe use of the PayPal service we need some more information about your account.

This limitation cannot be appealed against.
******

Strange thing is theyve not requested any information from me.

The account has definitely not been linked in anyway as I keep a database of IPs etc

what could have caused this?

Do I have to wait 180days now?

Have to look into your selling practices to work out what caused this.

You will have to wait the 180 days to get any money out.

I take it that I no longer will be able to use this paypal account after 180 days?

Correct. You will just be able to withdraw any remaining funds and that's all.

I've been making stealth accounts for two years just fine, but for the past week or so my Paypal accounts have been getting limited as soon as I received funds. Some with no appeal, either. One was permanently limited, but then I received an email stating it could in fact be appealed. Ridiculous!

Could be that one of the steps you are making - while correctly, before - now has been identified by PP as problematic...perhaps consider retooling?

We cant assume PP to just accept everything stagnantly...
