Retard paypal practices!
 

WTH?

I have my old paypal account of course it was not bank verified, but I had a debit card attached with some money
in my paypal account and I send like a 100 bucks and next day im limited with the following details


Provide:
business information - i dont have a business and didnt sell anything.
proof of delivery - i didnt sell anything.
invoices - i didnt sell anything.
confirm identity - i can do this, but what good if i can't provide the rest which make no sense. if i provide this, probably will get limited asap.

I contacted paypal and they said just provide confirm identity, probably the others were auto generated. This is bs.

Assuming its a stealth account - never attached a debit card - ever.

Personal information gets sent - ( Name )

Hence, they're asking for personal ID.

Its not retarded what they did - If it was a stealth account or if you where not in good standing with them previously, Paypal could clearly see your name when you used that debit card (which I assume was in your name).
