My story of my paypal & ebay delimma
 
So both and my brother and I have the same first name. He owned a company which sells on ebay and it went under. He owed a lot of ebay fees and paypal had dispute up which was not cleaned up.

a month after the company went under, he filed for bankruptcy and wants nothing to do with it as it was an incorporate account. My account, which I had for 7 years was suspended because it was to be linked up with my brothers account. It was an account that I don't really care for but I did plead with ebay for a week stating that I am not him and that we both have the first same name but different middle name. Our home address is of course the same.

I recently started a business, I set up a new paypal account, under business, my other account which is linked up to my suspended ebay account. I begin to sell on ebay and I had to do some verification which social security was one of them. I had issues becuase I had to downgrade my other account to primer account for it to work. I was on the phone with the rep, I enter my legit social security number which then paypal said, "oh you have another account" I informed them that it is my personal account. The representative said, ok.

On Sept 2, my account got linked up to an account that my brother used to own. I have money in there and I can not get out. I called paypal and told them that it is my brother and that we have the same first name and same home address. I asked them what is the steps I can do to get my money out. They told me I need a lawyer to prove that my identity was stolen/mis-used or file a police report.

So what are my opinions right now? I want to be able to get my old account back, if not, I want to at least get my money thats on hold to be withdraw. I am willing to pay for a lawyer service fee if someone can help me here. I want this issue to be over with so I can do a new account by following the steps on this site.

If you follow the steps in the Stealth Guide you will be fine for a while, unless you are trying to move $1K a day or something.

We sell on ebay and sell about 30+ items/day. This makes us hit the $1000 mark with ease.

If that much money is at stake, I'd seriously suggest you contact Modee for some one-on-one support. That would probably be your best option to get your money out.

yeah, I'm down for the service, he already contact me about it so I will get in touch with modee on Monday.

So,

After calling paypal numerous times and explained my stories. Theres about at least 20 calls made in one day and I guess they finally realized that I am serious with my account. They told me what I had to do, I had to resolve the account which belong to my brother. The amount was owed a little over $900 dollars. I informed the rep that I would pay for that and they told me to log in, I told them I could not log in and that its not ME. So at the end, we made an agreement since I was desperate to get my account operating.

I told them to take the money out of my account to the resolved account and 30 hours later, both my paypal accounts, my ebay account has been reinstated.

its like a chain, my other paypal account has been reinstated as well.

Double congrats on finding the information yourself!
Modee can be "used" as preventative maintenance, as well.
