PayPal permanently limited - again. Newbie questions.
 

Hi. I just found these forums after doing some searching. Seems like a great resource for my situation. I'm reading through the threads but I have a couple questions...

1) A while back I had my PayPal account permanently limited. Since then I've tried opening a half-dozen new accounts with different personal info, which have all been limited after awhile. The latest reason they gave was because of sales from my iOffer account. It appears PP can recognize my iOffer info. I've been selling on iOffer for more than 6 years with 2000+ positive feedbacks, so I don't want to start a new account. If I utilize the resources here (buy the "eBay Stealth" book or a PP sellers account) will I be able to use PP as a payment method on my current iOffer sellers account?

2) Can someone provide more details on what exactly a PP, eBay & Amazon "account for sale" is, how it works, etc.?

every time you use a new setup paypal with your old ioffer account it will be limited.
they link information between both and once you got limited for a first time, every PP you use with that ioffer account must be considered dead.

the old ioffer account will need to be used with another payment method.

any following pair of accounts ioffer+pp will need new virgin info when creating.

read around and use the search box as well

Thanks for the info - good stuff. I'm guessing I can use the PP "request money" feature for iOffer sales without any linking between the two. Yes?

yes if you get buyers email somehow and ioffer does not detect this, it will work, must be done in the proper way otherwise is considered risky.

also the buyer will need to agree to do so, some will not because they will be less protected when dealing outside of ioffer but just paypal...as i said must be done in the proper way, could take some accounts of yours while learning;)

make sure you use dif ip and mac address. just protect yourself fully
