after 180 days cant withdraw the money
 

Hello
Have limited CA paypal, after 180 days I can't withdraw my money, I tried to add new US bank account and receiveng every time the same error: "We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. we apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again ata later date." Contacted costumer suport, and hey said to provide a statment with bank account and scaned ID.
What should I do? is it possible to get the money?

Is the account real? Do you have the docs they ask for?
Seek your rights, it is their responsibility to release your funds after 180 days, it's written in the T&C.

Please.... it is not their responsibility to release funds IF they think they have the right to not do this.

That is what is implied in their T&C.

Stupid Paypal is increasing their securities.
Some guys get withdraw money by check but that amount is pending after your deposit.
Some guys have to confirm phone when withdraw money to bank account.
But the thing is not that easy, once they suspected your money source, like from unauthorized sales,... 99% that your money will be unable to go to your pocket.
Unfortunately, Paypal doesn't need you.
