Limitation Review, is this normal?
 

Just uploaded all my documents to get my PayPal reinstated, i called them immediately after uploading everything. Talked to a specialist, he looked over my documents and said i have to have another specialist look over your documents. Please allow 24 hours for this, i thought they could un limit it right then and there? Is my documents in question? Is this normal? Thanks

On my PayPal account is say's Limitation review in progress now after i got off the phone with him

From my experience it's better to fax the documents as well. I always fax the documents.

I think i will from now on, when you scan your documents and upload them does it take longer? Does it go through more of a verification process?

No usually when you fax and upload it's quicker. But I usually just do it then let them decide takes a few days to get the email.

Just got my account restored, called back during the night shift and they had no problems restoring it. I noticed this with PayPal, the day shift seems to jerk me around more. The night shift seem to be way more helpful and understanding, they also seem to get things done!
