Paypal permanently restricted my account with Bill Me Later attached

Yesterday, Paypal put my account on a permanent restriction.

The account has Bill Me Later with a a $1,500 line of credit.

Is there anyway to access this line of credit with my Paypal
account permanently restricted ?

Of course not. paypal has removed your usage of their services.

Was the paypal in your real info?

Had you done anything to cause this?

It's a big step for paypal to take to revoke the line of credit.
