Confirm identity problem !!!
 

Hello guys.

Who can help make confirm identity in limited paypal US ?
I completed confirm location successfully, but when i try withdraw money in my confirmed bank, paypal want confirm identity, and my phone number uncorrect:

No, this is not the right way to do it.
You should contact an administrator to get some help for your identity confirmation... beware, there could be some scammers around.
As far as phone confirmation is concerned... don't you have a cell phone registered to your account?

Add a phone number that does work then.....

Are you UK based or US based, your flag contradicts your questions..

My PayPal USA.
i don't have real phone, but i make confirm location through virtual phone number, this phone added in my account.

You should really edit out the picture in your first post. The phone numbers will give you away.

Possible, i need correct phone number, or try used real sim card USA
I trace phone number for area code, then make confirm location, but when need make confirm identity , can't confirmed this phone, i need correct prefix (Example: XXX-(Prefix)-XXXX )

I withdraw limited paypal 8 years, and know all about paypal.
Now paypal add many protections, and need confirm identity via phone if you want withdraw funds, or easy way find guys who have real sim card in USA and accept sms.
For Confirm idenity need correct phone number with prefix (example : 000-prefix-000)
Prefix - this central 3 digits that must match the address and zip code

contact a USA account seller in seller section, they may be able to help with a phone service.

Not going to work unless you create the account with a working phone number. Adding one for me has never worked.

Yea this is a tough measure to get around, they want a phone number that matches public records

That being said sometimes using a VOIP or trac phone will randomly work, but not often

Also you may need to call in and again hit or miss depending on the agent

That phone confirmation is the worst thing to get because without a number that matches public record all other methods are hit and miss

I received this twice and once GV worked and once calling in worked, now I use the same computer when I log into my paypal , never through my phone , or at a friends, I have logmein so if I need to log in when I'm away I just use remote access, and I believe this is a main reason I never have limitations
