My 1st USA paypal has been limited and i have resolved 3 of 4 confirmation process.

Anyone bypassed confirm location with EP cards ?

I have found it doesnt work to Confirm Location as part of a limitation.

You need something like a gift card which you can register at the stealth address. 3V is fine for this in the UK but not sure what options you have in Cyprus.

Try simon gift cards [VISA version]. Still work just fine and it's a physical card.

Thanks for the advice but the problem is, i'm not in the U.S and i would not be able to use them. any advice for a egift card ? i know Amex have a egift card but you can only buy them with Amex cards. (Debit or Credit).

I got a same problem, I have 2 entropay cards, one added already.I also got a payoneer card but pp just rejected it.
