Shipworks and Amazon

So i created a stealth account on a brand new PC. However, i want to use that Amazon account on my main Terminal PC. I am not using any other amazon account on this PC, its just tied an eBay account. However, this PC has had an amazon account on it which was suspended.

Can i connect amazon to this shipworks. I obviously wouldnt log in to amazon, just use shipworks for printing.
