How to lift paypal limits
 

Can somebody told me how can I lift my both : Debit or Credit Card Daily Withdrawal Limit AND Receiving Limit per year without FAXING Paypal a Proof of ID and Location!

eBay the reason for a failing US Economy?? Hmmm

My account was also limited and they only asked me for my tracking numbers and to confirm my address. My friend gave me her ebay account and I made a paypal account under her name like an idiot I put for them to call her house number instead of work number and they called and got no response. They are mailing information to her house. Does anyone have any info on what that letter is going to say and how long it usually takes?? Thanks!

ParkAvenueChic, the letter will come within the week and will have a 4 digit pin that you will be required to enter in the paypal website. It is very simple and nothing to get worried about. Just like confirming a bank account.

That letter takes over a month to get to Canada, i have had wait up until 6 weeks one time just to confirm location, thank goodness i know how to get around phone verification.
