can't confirm credit card in AU PP

about one month ago my one AU PP account has been limited, they ask me to confirm my CC,

so, I get one VCC and add it successfully.

but when I check my account the link "confirm you credit card" still appear as "wait your response" "resolve" . does the common VCC not ok to confirm credit card? do I need to buy one VCC AVS for AU 4 digital postcode? any advice, thanks

If its a vcc from a blacklisted card type it might not have been successful and paypal auto rejected it.

Limitation resolved just. confirm my VCC (add 4 digital number) then upload fk passport. restore my account successfully.
