Paypal limited Asking for more details
 

Hi
Today My payal was limited I guess because of increased payments over the past few days.

It is asking me the following :

- Supplier contact information
- Business model information:
o Goods or service offered
o Invoices for items sold in the month of April proving stocks.
o Business formation date
o Reason for the increase in payments
o Expected monthly payment volume for the next 6 months
o Do you post from inventory or drop ship?
o Number of staff
o Cash flow position
o Financials up to date if avaliable

I am not registered as a sole trade, so I do not have business model information, cash flow position, business formation date.

What can I do?

If you cannot provide all they are asking for....you need to call them up and explain why you cant and have them changes the requirements...

In the past month, I have had over 75K GBP received in my Paypal. This is a much higher amount than before, It is because I have been selling a high value electronic item (quite a lot) in the past month. This is why it is limited.

I can provide supplier information , invoice and reason for increase in payments. However I cannot provide business documentation, Cash flow position , Number of staff (Don't have any) and Business formation date ( I am not a registered business)

Is this a problem? Will this they limit my account permanently?

You will need to provide all information they require for them to even consider reinstating you.

Hope you dont end up having to wait 180 days for your funds.

i think you have to call them and explain your situation, it's your unique chance to resolve your issues.

Call them up, it's best to talk to them directly as the person you talk to can help you out with certain requirements if need be.. I don't see this being a big deal in your case.
