eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Confused with on limited account

I get this message when I log in (Gyazo - 64295afd9e548e154034ddcf78afc2fb.png) when I go to resolution center it doesn't tell me to upload any documents or anything at all, and it says something about me being limited for my merchendise that one of my customers had trouble with then I haven't sold anybody anything within the last month, any ideas what is up?

This is because it says : Limitation cannot be appealed against at the bottom.

You only get requested for documents etc.. if you have a chance to save your account.
You dont.

No they wont let you appeal.
