Odd Occurrence of PayPal Limited
 

I've currently made many stealth accounts that worked perfectly fine in the past. Although this one leaves me totally stumped.

They are requesting a Confirm your Bank Account and a Confirm your Location. Although its strange since I've never had this happen before on a new account.

I'm currently using a new IP address, with new address, new name, a Metabank VBA provided by a trustworthy member on the forum, a new VCC, and a new telephone number as well.

Now where did I go wrong?

Metabank was most likely the downfall of the account.
Metabank is rather iffy and throws tantrums with accounts.

Thanks, it seems to be the issue as it only happened once I added the bank account. Although it seems weird since I've used Metabank several times before without any issues.
