| | | pmtrump101 | 05-22-2014 01:04 AM | If I dont send documentation they want, will they release my funds automatically? One of my Paypal account has been limited and they asking for 8 different document that I have no intention on sending them. My question is if I dont answer the limitation, will they automatically release the funds after 180 days? I dont have a problem waiting just wanted to know what happens of I dont answer.
Thanks |

Email them and tell them you dont wish to send any information to them |

Email them and tell them you dont wish to send any information to them | I have never heard about this. Your limitation counter towards 180 days starts as soon as you got the "Your account has been limited" email, even if you don't do any of the steps and ignores them. |

If you do not get the email from PayPal explaining that they no longer wish to do business with you then your 180 hasn't started.
If you get the general email that it's limited and do not send ID 180 days hasnt started, you need to contact them and tell them you do not wish to supply info. |

You only get a part way email if you actually tried to appeal your limitation and gets declined, but receiving the email itself doesn't influence your 180 period at all. |

Regardless, you should have persuaded your funds with higher exec with Paypal to get your money back, since you have already done your time with Paypal and they deserve to stop earning interests on your money. |
Re: If I dont send documentation they want, will they release my funds automatically? In GENERAL, 180 days begins from date of limitation - every time that I have had this limitation, I have not had problems getting my money out - e-mail received for "Funds now available". |
