Paypal limited-asking 'confirm location'(cell number)
 

Hi Experts,

My paypal is limited. I haven't listed anything yet. The ebay acct is good. Question is when I go to resolution center, paypal asks me to confirm location, photo ID and proof of address. So I go to the option of location confirmation. Paypal asks me to confirm my cell number. The odd thing is in the 'select phone' box, my cell number does not show whatsoever. But in my profile setting, the cell number shows correctly. Since I can not select the cell number I want to receive a code from paypal, does that mean I can not confirm my identity anymore? Is the paypal a toast? Should I try a fresh new paypal acct?
Please help!!!

same problem but myn is when i add my card to confirm its saying its diabled from paypal system but in account setting its confirmed and added

Did you try a different web browser?

Hi. I have been having same problem since the last few days. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not..... really annoying.

If its not an option to remove limits your acct is probably dead but you can try adding another phone or vcc
