Stealth Paypal questionl??
 

So created a new name, address, ect. Verified with VCC, bank, and burner phone, all new info. Connected via VPN. Without even trying to make a transaction with paypal they limited me. I think its either 1. the vpn I'm using which is privateinternetaccess.com or 2. I did try to add money via moneypak. Didn't realize they required verification of social, so that obviously failed. Now I'm assuming it was the moneypak that got me limited, but could it have been the VPN, do I need to change to a new VPN provider?

Actually both VPN and MoneyPack....Next time don't use either. VPS are a bit safer but really, you don't need to use either VPN, VPS if your in the USA.

Only problem is I don't know what IP's I have used before. I change IP regularly. As well, secondary question. If setup a full legit different social / address / phone, does it really matter if I use VPN as long as I don't link accounts??

Better start logging IP's from now on!

On this forum we don't suggest or support using other people's information...Period!

There are a lot of other options other than VPN, you make it sound like VPN is the only think available.

These work:
1. Dialup
2. Dynamic DSL/Cable Providers
3. Mifi's

Well I just purchased the book and am logging IP's. One of the best tips I got from it. But in the book it also says to use VPN and Family/Friend if they allow you? I'm not doubting what you are saying at all and I am very appreciative of the advice. Just wondering why we purchase the book if the real time advice is different.

Why are VPN's not a good idea? Is it because they are used by others and there can be risk of blacklisting IP's? You could also always buy a private proxy, Only used by you , Its $3 or so a month depending on who you use.

1. Could have been burned by others.
2. Could be blacklisted
3. Could drop on your exposing true IP (quality of VPN)

A $3 a month proxy is already on the blacklist.

Why do you think thoses sellers on other forums are always offering 'new' proxies. Their users get burned.

Majority thiking here is better options exist.

Thanks for the welcome, but I have a mountain man family member who never does anything online. He gave me permission to use his identity online for paypal. I know you don't recommend it, but I think its the best option at the moment as I can get all the proof they need when they ask. I am also setting up numerous other stealth account for when the need arises, they will be aged, but do you think I should be good for a while with a complete account in his name, using a vcc to verify and a bank account in my name?
