paypal vcc question
 

I have just bought VCC pp limited it

asking me to confirm address and cc code. Problem is address is registered in some country (NL)

i didn't verify code yet

can i close that account and create a new one and use that vcc again ?

is anyone here from Netherlands ? i will pay you in pp if you have address in pdf i can edit it myself

If you already added the VCC to the Paypal account then you can't use it again. Paypal would know what you're trying to do.

yes that account is probably gone. I guess you used the wrong VCC and don't use it again. :nono:

Did you get your VCC from this forum? Get in touch with the seller and see what he can do about it.

I had the same issue time ago and found out that AVS works better and are used to verify address as well (I speak with Italian Paypal only...)

Look in the marketplace and find a seller that can give you AVS for address verification.
Obviously address shall be the stealth one not your address... oh, btw, what about getting the Stealth Guide and have a deep reading?
