check out from limited paypal?

My US stealth paypal received a message today, basically it's about I can withdraw money now after 180 days. I don't have a US bank card can be linked, and what about the check? Is that a good idea?? Since the name of mine and the account name is different, and I don't live in US, how to check out the money? Any ideas will be appreciated.

Well you won't be able to request a check if the name and address on PayPal isn't yours.

You will have to get some form of bank account to withdraw to.

Yes, you must add a bank account of kind to transfer the money too....or can you spend it on something you need?

Last time I checked, when the 180 days passes you still can't use the money for purchases from US PP - check or bank xfer only
