Need help for this PayPal Limitation (Phone)
 

Hey guys I have a problem with PayPal right now and I need some help.

My PayPal account is limited at the moment and I am using BlueStacks to use text+ I put the number in PayPal and it gives me these errors for billing addresses what do I do? do I put my real one? I put my real one but it still gave same error, I have a wrong one listed so thats why its blacked out so thats not even suppose to be there/apart of this any way I need some advice can you guys help me? take a look.

I also tried a friends phone but it said it wasn't mine or had a error with verifying it or what ever.

Oh lord... stop trying multiple things like that... it'll only create more issues.

Was your account limited completely? Or do you just need to verify a couple of things in it?

Do you have backup accounts?

Two choices throw acct in the garbage or call and talk them into other verification methods for the limit. Landlines are the only way to pass this limit with a phone. I use to use stores in the same area as the stealth to pass it but it has been fifty fifty lately

Well every time I make a new PayPal it does same limitations though..

But for SaiJin, Yes it is limited but like pictures say I just have to verify those things and last step I have is confirm identity and I'm trying to use the phone vertification and no luck so far any one help me?

Yes please I would def like to know how to fix this.. an easy one would be even better also PM if you guys have a fix or some thing that works haha

is it confirm identity or location? From the paypal limitation?
