New paypal accounts getting limited
 

I tried creating 4 new accounts all are getting limited. One of that account doesn't even have any transaction. I just tried to verify. when ever i add VCC its getting limited.

tried from different countries as well. I have dynamic IP myself

Yes i have have different IP , address , name e.t.c and all that

Can someone guide me what I am doing wrong here!!!

Which VCC are you adding? Where did you get them?

Managing a Paypal account in a country different from yours (IP) could be a problem.

I m getting for a seller. He sold many before. IP matches to country i am using bro

I tried 2 different sellers still same

@thready - I created new account , new ip , new address , name e.t.c

I just don't know where i m going wrong. I tried both premier and business accounts

still same result. This is effecting my business and daily life :(

Last account got limited right after i entered VCC details. Many people are giving good reviews. It couldn't be VCC idk anyone please help me out

i am also having this samew problem. i follow all things to do and still am limited on every account i open it is getting very frustrating!!

You guys should buy already built account here on the forum from reputable sellers. I know I do and I know I never get any problems. Plus read the Stealth book carefully and follow every single rules.

I have made over 30 stealth accounts in the past 8 months and have never had a single problem...but I do it the most basic way...real bank account, real cell phone, vanilla visa gift card.

I read of people having all these limited problems and they all seem to have virtual somethings, ie. credit cards, bank accounts, phone forwarding etc, etc. Try it with the way I do it and see what happens...it's worked for me?

P.S., the only problem I have ever had was a MC999 before listing anything on a stealth account i bought....just bad luck I guess?

Your info is too vague.

What country are you trying to use?

What exactly are you doing? Noone should try to guide you with such vague info given....

As usual Greenbean is spot on with her advice.

You need to tell us what country Paypal you are trying to set up.

The issue you are describing tends to affect countries that allow VCC verification. You need to use a full AVS VCC and not a VCC that can be added with any address.

Paypal are clearly tightening up their security as certain types of card have been used and abused over and over by stealthers, scammers and scamming stealthers.

Let us know what it is you are trying to achieve and we can then try to help you.

If you are struggling to set up overseas paypal accounts (presumably for the favourable selling limits, vcc verification etc), stick to your home country (UK I presume).

It looks like vcc is the problem. I got vcc from guy on this forum. It worked great. I am from republic of Ireland by the way
