eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Paypal asks for credit card

Hello.

I have old account but my cc has expired. So recently I received some money and later I tried to buy something with them. In result, my account is limited and they asked to change my password, security questions and add a credit card.

Will vcc help me? If so, which should I buy?
How long does usually take to unlimit my account?

Add a VCC - can take few days to reinstate the account - if it does not reinstate after that, you may need to call to have an agent do it

Get a gift card from the shops. Easy, faster and is topped with some money you can spend.
Look in the forum, plenty of infos on U.K. gift cards.

Since you are NOT in the UK, then you should try to see if you can use entropay.

Entropay works but it will take about 3 days to get the 4 digit code, If you dont mind waiting then that's your best option and its free, you just add money to it
