Friend's Paypal account is limited
 

Hello, I just want to ask one question behalf of my friend. He had sold an item on ebay which is of cost around 2000 USD. He had a supplier who had shipped out wrong item to that ebay buyer. The buyer filed a complaint on paypal that "Item is Not as described". Now he has got one case behind him in paypal and his account is in -2000 USD. He is using india paypal account with all ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information. Even his ebay account with all ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information except phone number. Now he is worried what will happen. He has no money in his hand now. Any suggestions are welcome.

Well he should have the buyer ship the item back and have the supplier ship out the correct item immediately so he can get his 2 grand back. Have the supplier pay for the shipping costs for messing up the order.

Are you certain that the buyer received the wrong item? Have you checked with the supplier?
I'm just wondering if the buyer was scamming you.

Apart from the chance of a scam, why are we thinking of answering a question for a third party? Advice done this way gets lost in translation. Do not agree with this type of question.

Hi quasi, my friend checked with his supplier, she told that she has really shipped the correct item to the buyer and she also told the same. she told that the buyer is trying to fool you and making to get his money back. The supplier has a big company and she has already shipped out many items.. For that sake, my friend has already withdrew all the money from his paypal account before itself. Now what to do to prove that the item sent was a correct item.
