Hello, sorry my English ... I suspended my paypal account to send documents with photoshop ... I have blocked ... 450 euros is impossible to recover? 300 days have passed and I called sent emails .. you can sell the account?

Welcome to the forums. 300 days have passed? Rough to hear...are you not able to add a bank account to withdraw? More info needed.
