Paypal account is suspended, can i create another?

So my paypal account was suspended and now it is limited. But my ebay account is still good but buyer are unable to pay me. Can i create a new paypal account or i am f$$$?

You can most definitely create another paypal account but you must not keep paypal for the long term. I suggest you buy the ebay stealth book.
