calling paypal about 2 different accounts from the same number
 

I was wondering if paypal can identify or track the SKYPE phone number you call them from.
My partner and I called paypal from the same skype number about our pp accounts. Is there any way this can be traced and the accounts linked anyhow?

I am sure that they ID all calls that come in, and I am sure that those 2 accounts are linked by that phone number.

Is it enough for them to limit the other account? I Dont Know.

But I would make sure that you dont give them another piece of linking evidence to look at.

To be sure just put 141 in front of your number to make it hidden.

I don't understand why people would still use the same phone number to call 2 different accounts on.

Of course this will be linked right away. Their computer immediately shows what accounts it's linked to .

I'm just hoping that they won't suspend you for it. GIve it maybe 2 weeks, if nothing, most likely it's ok.

PLEASE, don't do that again....the only thing you can use for multiple accounts is your computer...don't make it so easy for them to screw you.

While I discourage calling from the same *unblocked* numbers to Paypal regarding on different accounts, but I personally have never been linked by calling this way.
