Paypal Collections

will paypal send you to collections if i have neg balance? it has my real address for the 1st time i got suspended.

And will ebay send you to collections? i have to pay about $100. should i just pay it?

if they dont have your ssn..then IIIFF they do, it would be very easy to get out of..Search the forums it is a thread with a letter to to send the collection agency.
