I sent out a framed print. Well it showed up broken, and the receiver went and tried getting the insurance claim from usps, when she isn't supposed to do that, the sender is according to pay pal. Well she did it anyways and guess what it was denied. According to her the post office sent her a letter saying that it was denied do to improper packing. So with out even asking for a refund she opened a dispute. I got a copy of the same letter from the post office saying that the postal personal said they could find no evidence that it was done by them. Second they won't accept that package broken. So some how some way pay pal still gave her the full refund and put my account in the negative 450. Well i got lucky and paid it with my credit card and disputed it with them. Well they took my side and said you don't have to pay it cause pay pal is wrong. Well pay pal did a chargeback dispute against me with this and of course sided with them selves. My account isn't in the negative and they said that if i don't pay it my account will continue to be limited and if it is not paid in 6 months they will close my account and I can't open a new one. What some crap huh. Well I am just wondering they person from pay pal said that if i don't pay it the only thing they will do is close my account. I won't hear from any collection agency or anything. Anyone know if this is true or any experience in this?
