Paypal Limited

Here's the situation:

Paypal account limited I guess I was moving too much money.

They have asked me to add a ridiculous amount of information such as photo ID, Bank Account Statement, proof of address/invoices/SSN/Delivery.

Questions:

Can the eBay account be saved with new paypal?

How do I get my 200$ out of this Paypal account?

What should I do in this situation?

1. eB should not be used with PP - that new PP could go under - look at other approved payment methods like Skrill and Paymate.

2. If you cant lift the limitation on the PP account, in general, you would wait 180 days then a) withdraw to bank or b) request check
