Paypal Limited - Please help me
 

Hi All

My first time on this site I wonder if anybody can help.

For over a year, I have been selling electrical items, video games consoles etc on ebay. I have perfect feedback, and have never had any issues until now. I sell 3,500 a month gbp.

I source my items a tonne of different ways, from drop shipping, to buying when stores have discount sales, promotional codes, sometimes I even buy via ebay as I find them so cheap.

Recently I bought some branded headphones overseas - high value - from a legitimate store on holiday. Sadly I made a loss selling these as people did not bid really. Ebay removed the listing after I shipped them because I apparently was not allowed to use the official photo.

This it seems has led to paypal limiting my account (I cannot think of anything else that would?!?!)

I received this email:

- Supplier contact information
- Business model information:
o Reason for the increase in payments
o Expected monthly payment volume for the next 6 months
o Do you post from inventory or drop ship?
- Supplier invoices for the items sold
- Proof of delivery

I have no idea how to respond to this, I mean I do not use one supplier, and I sometimes use retail stores. I have never sold anything not authentic. I even use amazon sometimes.

I do not have a business model, I am a personal account holder on paypal, business ebay account.

The increase in payments is because my dad sent me some money, as did ebay because I bought a high value voucher that never came so I had to chase the ceo for a refund. My sales have barely increased.

I drop ship and buy randomly so I have no supplier invoices.

I have proof of delivery for most items.

My main issues are.

What the hell do I say? I am really worried.

Also, I have about 3k of things I have not sent as yet as I was drop shipping. If they are going to limit my account, I want to refund these people, but I am well aware that I cannot now add money to my paypal so how am I meant to do that?!?!?

Somebody please help, I am panicking..

Don't be worried. It sounds like you have most of what they are asking for. The main thing you are missing are supply invoices. I am sure with a little bit of tinkering you could produce some yourself. It does not hurt to try, because at this rate this account will get limited, so submitting the info to them is worth a shot.

If they have paid you and your drop shipping , than why are you unable to send there order out

It seems you have already withdrew the funds from these payments, because if not , u are still allowed to issue refunds on a limited paypal account

And if you were able to get the funds out than you have the funds to pay your dropshipper and yourself

Am I missing something else

Hi

It is more that now I am limited, rather than send their order out i would prefer to refund them, rather than take any more risk by sending their item and have a chance of any chargebacks, courier damage. I just want to end it. To be honest it has wound me up and I don't care if the customers are happy anymore I want to refund.

Another issue I have is, I won an ebay case against someone i purchased from and they are supposed to refund me, but I cannot receive payments! So how can I get my money!

which part do you not have? you bought the stuff on holiday, do you have a receipt or credit card entry? you can gather what you have eg. emails of orders and buys from ebay and submit it all......it does not look like a parting of ways scenario, but you never know, they usually do not ask you - Expected monthly payment volume for the next 6 months, if they already planned to boot you off...

either way, if it fails, you should get your money in 180 days....
