Paypal got limited and asking for social security and supplier invoces my question is i got my new EIN number on phone that has my real name and business name is same as on paypal , can paypal chk the name on EIN my account is stealth.

If your EIN was issued to you personally (a d/b/a) then the IRS will validate your REAL NAME and the EIN.

If your EIN was issued to a partnership, corporation or LLC, then the IRS will validate the BUSINESS NAME and EIN.

HOWEVER - If PayPal is requesting supplier information and your social security number, they may not accept an EIN. Usually, the reason they want the social security number is to verify your identity. This can happen for many reasons, but the most common reason is they think your account is risky for whatever reason, or they believe you are selling counterfeit merchandise.

You may have to let the account go. Without revealing any personal details, can you let us know EXACTLY what the notice that you received from PayPal said?

Hard to say. That mostly is based on your finacial situation, tax liabilities, etc...
You need your accountant to help you with the exact structure and how you get taxed.

LLC and Corporations is the easy answer, but what kind of LLC and Corp non of us can help you with. You need to seek an adviser.

Hey could you please help me with this situation? What should I open to restore my PayPal account? They aren't too serhous about my situation so a EIN Should just fix it. But should I open a LLC or a sole proprietor?
