Paypal limited 180 days . Paypal still not allow withdraw money
My paypal account was limited from 01/21/2014 and now 180 days already passed Paypal still not allow me withdraw fund . i have sent many email to Paypal but only received email auto from paypal. Try call paypal today the the supporter paypal say i cant withdraw my money please read policy "restrict activity" . i dont know what going on. why paypal dont allow me withdraw fund after 180 days of limited ? have anybody here same problem with me .. so sad with paypal

Are they asking for something in order for them to lift the restriction? Usually they want something or you violated something.... |

then you violated something... Not sure if they will ever release your money... Plan ahead and shop for stealth. |

1. Why were you restricted? What's the email that you originally got from them?
2. Do you still have the means of withdrawing: ie: bank account, etc attached to it? |

the reson off limit is " Jan 21, 2014: We've noticed some changes to your usual selling activities and will need some more information about your recent sales. "

i call paypal today and require paypal release my money but they still not release and say will hold my fund forever. they say only the lawyer can get the money . can i sent them lawyer letter ? |

Absolutly confirmed they will not allow withdraw money after 180 days without Id, proof of residence....
I think this a huge problem, and it is "alegal".
Any ideas??????????????? |

Paypal can do anything they want unless you can make them do different. They also have a clause that says 180 days from last review and everytime you talk to them they can count it as a review. |

I dont think you can speak to the limitation department on the phone - not in the uk anyway. I suggest when you get the auto response email, reply to it and that should work. Normally the auto response I get is saying something like, here is a list of faq... if you cant find your answer just reply. Thats exactly what I do. I know they will send me the auto response so I just copy and paste my first message onto a word document and paste it when I get the auto response (which can take up to a few hours sometimes - so ight want to save that word document). |

If you are in top customer care on the ebay side and paypal business solutions preferred customer on paypal side, you can talk to them. You can not talk to the SRS department on ebay, nor can ebays customer service teams or top customer care. That department is what ebay calls, "Men in the back room" Basically they close accounts for reasons not explained, lol |
