What is the case with your IPs for these accounts?

My 3 eb/pp accounts were setup as per EB Stealth.
User Accounts + 3G dongle.
I thought I have read posts from forum that you can access different PP accounts without having to change IPs. because PP doesn't care about IP linkage. I am not sure!

I have different IPs for each and every set of ebay/paypal accounts.

Yeah, I do not know that I would trust PP not caring about the same IP. If you have the ability to change it, then why not change it.
