Anyone ever got this message before and could tell me what triggers it? Says in the email they can no longer able to have me be a customer. Following a regular screening they noticed an issue regarding my account. Odd thing is my ebay is still up and running fine 5 days after this notice.

Yes, I can tell you what triggers it, as I just got that same Limitation today. It was triggered because PayPal detected that I was using an "anonymyzer," as they phrased it. Now, the word "anonymyzer" isn't even a real word, but that is what the customer service representative called it, and they were referring to the fact that I use Ghost Surfer to mask my IP address from the entire world through a proxy. It sounds like Paypal keeps getting better and better detection methods every day.

After I called in, though, they have reviewed my account and restored it.

i got away with it a few times

I got this exact email from paypal yesterday, i was not using any anonymiser or proxy to go into paypal and i am on a dynamic ip dsl with my local isp. They are using a transparent proxy could that be the reason? I called PP up and they refused to tell me the problem. I was expecting a large payment from epn yesterday.
