paypal want product info

hi,
long story short, ebay and paypal limited

paypal asking for ID, shipping info, invoices...all done

last item they want is "provide information about your products"

anyone had this before? and what to send them?

PP is asked for the whole 9 yards...likely the account is done BUT...could be salvageable. You would need the invoices and your source of the items.

Are the items high risk/vero? What category?

85% longevity and you don't know PP can freeze accounts and ask for info? WTH have you been doing in here? Not only that, you could have searched the thousands of posts on this forum that already talked about this.

Lastly, you could actually give them what they asked for. If you don't, you're f*cked anyways. So, sell legit items with legit sources and this shouldn't be an issue.

PayPal believes that you may be selling counterfeits or stolen merchandise. For the account to survive, they will want to see that you have a legitimate source of authentic items.

yes, its not my first rodeo
i am asking SPECIFICALLY about the product info part as i havent had that one before. Its not invoices as that was a separate thing i had to supply. They are asking for screenshots or lists of where and how i sell online etc. I cant really send them a screen shot of an already suspended ebay account now can i...

Why didn't you call and speak to someone if there are no details?

It's nothing new. Something you are trying to sell is sketchy and they want you to prove to them that it's not. We can only help you so much. This has to be done on your own.
