so i submitted all docs but my account still limited

its been 3-5 days and nothing tried to message pp im getting auto response lol

This is a fairly soft limitation. Recently one of my own accounts received this, I actually called in and spoke with an agent who asked me to reset my IP and log back in. I logged back in, they gave me a 5 digit code to enter, changed my password and security questions and the limitation was lifted.

They will also review the ID on the phone as well. It isn't advised to draw attention to an account by calling but acting normal and calling in as a concerned customer is nothing to be spooked about.

Did Paypal lift your limit after calling them? Seems maybe they thought someone unauthorised attempted to access the account (why else force you to change password etc.)

lol i was using vpn for the account and that might be the issue. I coudnt believe it, so i called them up and they said please use your network not a vpn and change password/security and call uss. I used real ip not vpn changed pass sedcurity called them and they restored it in within 4 minutes.

now got another stealth account forgott both pass/ securityquestion and vcc only last 4 digit i know. i need to call them up again for that one so they can reset it

@kwip thats great to know! Still dont understand why people use VPN if their so easy to identify and paypal will deem them as risky... unless maybe one with a dedicated, fresh IP.

Using other 2 main with bank atatched usining vpn and there is no problem been using vpn for 12 months and itsgreat
