How do I paypal my ebay fees if my paypal is limited?

Ok, I dont understand how I'm supposed to pay my ebay fees when my paypal is limited. This is one of my old accounts that got linked. When I signed up, I told them I would be using Paypal to pay my ebay fees. So the dumbasses go and limit my old account and now they wanna get paid. What kinda since does that make? I can't even pay my fees now that my account is limited.
