PayPal receiving limit removing bug
Hello!
I have fully verified Business account with existing company etc.
But there's a problem I have uploaded all docs and info that was required by PayPal, and I've received e-mail from them that my receiving limits has been lifted. But every time I am logging in I see that little "View limits" -a and there is 2500 EUR per year and withdrawal 500 EUR per day. I choose "lift limits", and there is "Please provide required information below", and below ALL of the required info is completed :)
I have wrote to PayPal several times, and every time they're telling me:
1) We have reviewed Your account and we can see the receiving limit has indeed been removed, we can guarantee to You.
2) Please clear cashe and cookies in Your browser, and then Your account will show it without this limit.
And finally they told me:
3) there is currently a bug that is affecting this on online accounts, but the limit is removed.
Strange, isn't it?
Maybe this situation is familiar to someone?
