Echeck went threw w/ mismatched names but why??
 

So I created around 7 new stealths recently. Its that first month where you sell and don't really have anything in your paypal account. Well long story short I sold a few items and ended up owing ebay like 13 dollars. I know I should have had money in the account but I didn't. They processed a echeck on the account but the strange thing is it went threw no problems?? Its a USBANK savings but I was always under the impression that they cancel it automatically if its a mismatch? I screwed up before and seen my paypal get limited so I'm relieved, happy, and confused. Does it ONLY go under review if its a HIGH amount echeck? Or does it only go under review if its a echeck that gets reversed?

When you created your seller account you accepted the DD mandate which allows paypal to take funds from your bank account, they dont check that the name matches up which is why it just goes through.

when you let paypal request money from your bank account they can see your real name.
So if they do happen to do a manual review.. your account will be at risk, which is why you should always make sure you have enough funds in the account to cover fee's.
