Paypal limited
Im new on here and had a go at going stealth with no help and was up and running for a few months. Then disaster struck. They asked for photo id plus utility bill. Just as i was about to get creative and submit proof...they then send two more requests of proof of purchase for two second hand clothing items by a cheap brand. Plus suppliers contact details. I cannot provide this so do i have to wait 180 days for money in there. All details are real with them apart from a virtual address but correct name and bank details. If there is nothing i can do, then never mind.
i now have the book and going.slow.before starting again. |

Just to clarify, you made an account before joining here but got asked for certain ID.
That account was in your real name but not home address.

| Yes...all this was before i bought book.
Paypal in real name, real bank but just ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address bought online
Ive just left it aside for now as.dont know what to.do.
my own fault as i should have bought ebook first and.joined these forums before having a go |

Not at all!!!!
Never give paypal anything ( they dont deserve it ;))
Let them know you have no supplier info to give them. They will start the 180 days and you should get the fund back then.

If this is the Lacoste you mentioned before, they have been a massive source of troubles with buyers. Too many SNAD issues.
Too much work for paypal/ebay. |

| No..these were.two.other things. The lacoste one i.bought from a.charity shop if im.honest and.found receipt earlier today but somehow dont think they would accept it as proof because it doesnt say lacoste on the receipt. |

Since your have bank on the account, get paypal to start the 180 day process, and you will get the bank account back.
Dont try reusing this bank, it wont work.
Also you may not need to wait full 180 days, they review every 30 days (1st of the month) and could possibly release earlier.

| Hi. Yes everything real aside from address.
They have requested photo id but i dont have a licence or passport, a utility bill which i could have worked round. Then before i had chance to crack on with it, they want.proof of.purchase for.two items and suppliers info.
i.have no problem calling them but wouldnt know what to say if they started quizzing me about my address. I have emailed.several times to.tell them the two items in question were unwanted gifts so.obviously dont have receipt...but they dont.answer me other than to.ask.me to.call them |
