Paypal limitation vcc?
 

Is it only me or is paypal limiting accounts with a vcc? Everytime I open an account and attach a vcc, without a vba and don't use it for a while when I come back the account is limited and the steps are confirm credit card and confirm identity. What's going on?

You are obviously using a bad batch number of the Vcc you are adding. Some numbers are toast and kill your account when you add them.

Try a Vcc with a different batch number and see..

Not batch numbers no such things. Use a different VCC BIN. Ex: 5303. (Mastercard)

YES THERE IS SUCH A THING!

They are abused, and as soon as you put in the number paypal will send you the limitation email within 60 seconds!

I once called in and they asked me questions about why is my credit card from another country that is from a 3rd world while I come from a first world. And they said that these cards can not be used from that bank. They are used and abused.

And this is why on this forum you will see people saying not to use 1 bank or another gift card because they are banned by paypal, used and abused.

Maybe you used this vcc which have bad bin, for example are 6200, or 4679. Beside, you could use vcc which was used before.

What happens when they ask for your credit card statement? Is the account toasted then?

PP usually will not let you re-use a VCC from different account...is that what you mean? Or...please clarify

yep, don't re-use VCC for another pp accounts. I mean not all of clear VCCs can used for adding pp, i try add VCC with bin 4574, it's ok, but some kinds of VCC with bin such as 4679, 4364.. make pp limit, however it has never used before.
