Paypal account limited after ebay
 

So my Ebay account was limited. By that I mean I can buy but cant no longer sell.

I was expecting that something same will happen to paypal conected to that account and it really did. Paypal account got limited.

I have more than $2000 on that paypal account. Cant withdraw money from paypal even if I wanted as in Croatia money first goes into pending balance for 30 days.

So paypal asks for bank statement. No problem I have sent them that.

But they also ask :

1. Proof of shipping for 5 items
2. Business model information
3. Invoices for the items sold


I dont know what to send them for 1 as I dont have tracking informations.

Also dont know what to send for 3 as I dont have invoices or purchase receipts. Products sold have been in my house at least a year and I didnt kept receipts.


How to proceed?

No tracking information = trouble.

Invoices...only you know your items so you will have to think about how to get them...

If you can't provide the info, let the account sit for 180 days and you should have your funds then.

Are your items risky/vero/f*ke? IF so...even if you give all the info...chances are your account is finished

Either considering calling them and explaining as you posted here & hope,

Or call and say you have nothing to supply because of what you explained here. Then wait for the funds.

I have sent them everything except tracking info.

Then I got request from them to sign Acceptable Use Policy. Something that I will not again sell infrigment products etc. Dit that too.

It says the case is still in progress.

Yes, items were vero/risky. No ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

There are many things against me here. Ebay selling restricted,vero items,few cases open on ebay which i solved with buyers or sent refund. But one case I forgot completly about so didnt respond to buyer on time and ebay decide in his favor. I dont mind, but that comed in wrong moment. Just when paypal got limited.

What is worst case scenario? Will I be able to withdraw money after some time in case worst thing possible happens?

About calling paypal. Is it better to call or just send them what they ask? I have read many experiences when paypal support says that is ok,they will fix it. Dont worry. But they do completely different thing after call ends.

Worst case scenario has already been mentioned - waiting 180 days for funds to be released.

I still didnt hear anything from PaypPal and account is still limited.

Should I call them or contact? It is been a week.

now very difficult pass steps pp to restore so waiting 45 days for funds release

I just got call from paypal and my battery died when he was telling me that this call may be recorded.

Then I check email and saw that account is not limited anymore. I pressume they called me to tell me that.

And not just that I also received email telling me that in future, received money will no longer go to pending balance. Instead it will go to available balance instantly.

Well, that all went better than expected.
