WEIRD NEW LIMITATION - confirm that your phone number matches address
 

"Why is my account access limited?

2 Oct 2014: Your account is linked to a PayPal account that has outstanding issues. Please resolve the issues with the other account.

(Your case ID for this reason is PP-003-442-026-424.) " - The only other account i have and use has not been hit with this nor has outstanding issues?

So i move further down the options to rectify this;

"2 Oct 2014 Validate your Account Information We need to confirm that your phone number matches your address.
(Alternatives available)
Waiting for your response - Resolve"

So i click Resolve and these are the options i get;
"Appeal limitation and resolve account issues
Please provide the documents requested below.

Confirm location

Please can you give advice on the best way to proceed?

Does it not list the account name you are linked to?

It is the weirdest limitation ever.

Probably somebody else who uses the same address information or similar that's what they mean.
