Reloadable VBA/VCC for paypal withdrawal

I remember I saw a thread selling vcc's and VBA's that are reloadable. I have a limited acc. and need to withdraw funds.

I will not be using payoneer or anything similar. For some reason paypal is denying them all.

I basically need a VBA in which i can withdraw funds and use them from the vcc provided.

Not on this forum, but are on other forums. Look around.

This type of banking is quite expensive though. Expect to pay $300 or around that range per withdraw VBA..

If the ammount of money if considerable, why don't you use a proper bank account?

Because I have multiple paypal accounts with limited funds.

Can't use too many cards either. I opened a few and got messages like "you cannot add a bank at this time"
