After taking sales of over £20k over the past month my account has been limited and they are requesting supplier information and invoices. Is this something to worry about or is it normal? I can provide all the invoices thats not a problem. Is there any specific they look for? What is the best approach when sending invoices. Dont really want to mess up.
What really annoyed me was they cancelled a bank transfer of £1500 before they limited the account Theres now around £2000 sitting in the account at the moment.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
I am not really sure, but it's normal to cancel the bank transfer, and it's normal to ask the invoice. I got two friends in the same situation as yours while ago, they have same suppliers, one got release 7 days later, one has been closed permanently...so I guess...it's luck?
Yes, you can say that it's more about luck. But when you get limited and you are asked to provide all these proofs, it will be tough to get reinstated. Most of the time you will get brushed off by repeatedly requesting the same info that you have already submitted.

I know this is an old thread, but if you are still on the forum: Did you get any luck lifting the limitation?
