Sorry, but nobody on this forum is going to advise you as to how to sell counterfeits and get away with it. You need to find another forum for that.
If, however, I am wrong and you mean the items ARE genuine, but branded, then you should have no problem listing them either way on your taxes. Usually, you don't have to list specific items when filing. But there are exceptions to that and the question would be best left to a tax professional. How you report depends on many, many factors and we don't have any tax experts here.
