Every time I add a prepaid card to my PP account I get limited
 

Every time I attempt to add a prepaid card to my PP account, it gives me an error message stating that my bank account cannot be added, then the account gets limited. When I try to lift the limitation by clicking "confirm bank account" or if I even click "edit bank accounts" it takes me back to the login page!! I've tried calling Paypal and they were absolutely no help (surprise, surprise). Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do? Should I just keep calling and bugging PP until someone decides to fix this ridiculous glitch?

Need more info, which prepaid card are you using? You're trying to add this card as a VBA or as a VCC? I think that card is failing the AVS check if it's prepaid and not a gift card. Tell us more

Which prepaid card are you using? You're better off using giftcards or virtual credit cards which can be found here in the forum. Prepaid cards with attached bank accounts are trickier to work with..

Is it because you are using Metabank or ally cards?

OP can you clarify for sure whether prepaid card is a gift credit card or a bank card for verification with PP?

Seems bit confusing

They're prepaid cards usually the Bancorp.com, sometimes Metabank; but none of the banks that offer prepaid cards are working with PP for me, only the major banks! I'm using the prepaid cards as bank accounts not credit cards.

These cards are noted previously on the forum as giving issues.

I'm in the middle of setting up an Entropay card, have to wait 2-3 days for them to send a code to my bank and then input that code in a box on my account homepage on Entropay site, I thought the idea was they could be accessed straight away but apparently not any more!

Entropay used to be very very VERY quick.

As more clients ( from more countries) started to use entropay, there procedures changed.

Overall, it's still effective for stealth.

It does have to be used correctly.

BankCorp cards should be ok, I use them all the time and never a limitation, MetaBank just do not use.

So I'm thinking the limitation may be caused by something else you are doing, because I have been using and still use BankCorp with no issues and as a VCC EITHER ENTROPAY OR VISA VANILLA

Have a feeling bancorp's issues is related to the origin of the issued VBAs.

I am using Bankcorp as a bank account, not a vcc.

And than for the credit card use either a visa vanilla gift card or entropay. BANKCORP isn't the best choice but they work, you may be doing something else thats causing instant limitation , maybe IP

But the limitation happens as soon as I add the bank. Sometimes my account doesn't even get limited, I'll just get an error message stating there was an error trying to add my bank.

Try creating the account then add bank a few days later.

OneVanilla Visa gift card registered to the stealth zip code and a VBA from makavi94 with instant verify and a tracphone registered with stealth information and a fresh IP works every time for me. Its all about quality. cost around $25 to set it up if tracphones are not on sale and you don't buy VBA in bulk but sometimes you got to spend a little money to make money and patience biggest lesson you can when you make a stealth account.

Your right. But paypal has changed the instant verify bank process. They are able to look at all bank accounts once you give them access. I use to use it alot until it linked me. All limited unusual activity linked to bank.

Try using the vanilla visas. Those typically don't have any issues.

Yep I second this. Just acutally used them twice today. :thumb:
